Vatsal Patel, Director

We offer premium quality in-house fabricated and designed asphalt plants and allied products with competitive pricing.
Ashitech manufactures Asphalt Batch Mix Plants in capacities of 80-240 tph at its Dediyasan facility in Mehsana, Gujarat. The range includes Asphalt Drum Mix plants, Bitumen Sprayers, Broomers, and other products. It has also begun work on developing higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants of over 240 tph. The plants enjoy a strong brand recall owing to their reliability, rated productivity, and high quality. To provide premium products while retaining their price competitiveness, the company aims to lower the cost per unit of production by further optimizing the manufacturing processes. It’s in-house production, apart from making robust structures of the plants, includes the manufacture of critical components like control panels and burners. Complete quality control of the fabrication process is ensured by certified welders. In-house production also gives the company a pricing edge over its competitors.

ASHITECH has already supplied an Asphalt Batch Mix Plant of 200 TPH Plant in Maharashtra which is working at the rated capacity of 200TPH seamlessly.

Vatsal Patel, Director

Our higher capacity 240 tph Asphalt Batch Mix plants are ready to enter new markets.
To increase sales of its asphalt batch mix plants and allied products, the company is looking to enter new markets like the North-eastern states which are witnessing heightened road construction activities. The reduced demand during the past six months is driving the company to work on fresh marketing strategies to promote its products.

We are exporting Asphalt Plants and Bitumen Pressure Distributors and expanding dealer network.
Ashitech is looking to further leverage its business presence in Bangladesh and Nepal where it already has a fair presence. It has recently begun export of bitumen pressure distributors in sizeable numbers to Bangladesh. The company is also expanding its dealer network and selecting dealers who can promote sales as well as add value by providing after-sales product support. Along with business expansion plans, the company is working on a strategy to sustain its existing business as repeat customers contribute a sizeable number of sales. To deal with competition from other manufacturers, the company plans to position its products as premium offerings and will refrain from giving outright price discounts.
