We have been doing R&D since the last 2-3 years for developing a very superior Asphalt Batch Mix Plant, which will minimise fuel consumption and maintenance. In fact, we have been manufacturing, selling, dispatching, installing and commissioning a record-breaking number of plants since the launch of our Asphalt Batch Mix Plant in 2017.
Alltech is focused on R&D, quality production, efficient after-sales service, and on ensuring reliable erection and commissioning procedures for its clients. We are recognized for the quality, efficiency and reliability of our products. In our machines, we have incorporated features that are of international standards, despite which, our products are priced competitively for the Indian market.
Automation and Robotic Technologies are the new trends and the CE industry will also incorporate them, but it will depend on each company’s capability and working standard. Our after-sales team works 24x7 to provide support to our customers and performs duties that include reporting on daily site working details, and machine/plant working condition, besides which we train our customers’ technical staff and operators for preventive maintenance. We give maintenance charts and manuals of our plants and machineries so that they undertake preventive and periodic maintenance to prevent downtime of our machines. We are very active on social media and we regularly upload videos on our plants working at different jobsites, and share reports on our production, daily fuel consumption and other technical strengths for the benefit of the Road Construction industries.
