Micro-Surfacing: the ultimate solution for preserving and enhancing road surfaces.
Micro surfacing is an eco-friendly surface treatment to restore and preserve the surface characteristics of a road. It is considered as one of the most advanced pavement maintenance technology.

Micro surfacing is a high performance cold mix that is prepared readily using a mix of polymer modified asphalt emulsion, graded aggregates, cement, water, and additives. The mixture is applied in a semi liquid condition with the specialized equipment. Upon application, the mixture changes chemically and sets quickly to give a uniform coat of cold mix dense material that allows resuming of traffic within two hours. Micro surfacing is suitable for both rigid and flexible pavements, and for repair of streets, highways, and airfields.

Microsurfacing Paver designed for efficient heavy-traffic pavement maintenance.
Alltech has already sold a sizeable number of its Unisurface 8000 micro surfacing paver which is mounted on a chassis, and its major components are a water and emulsion tank, an additive tank, aggregates hopper, cement hopper, mixer and mixer outlet, a rear platform, a control station, spreader box, and drive assembly.

The daily production capacity of Unisurface is 1,500 sqm to 12,600 sqm. The products are suitable for maintenance of pavements with heavy traffic, using lesser time to block traffic while undertaking the repairs. Mounting and integration technical support of the components with the chassis are provided by the company. In addition, the machine is also designed to dose metered quantities of glass fibre in the slurry mix for enhanced flexibility of the paved material & thereby significantly improves the performance of the pavement.

Uniblack series’ Uniroad 1500 asphalt batch mix plant enables quick setup at constricted project sites.
Buoyed by the successful performance of its high capacity 240 tph Uniblack 3000 asphalt batch mix plant, Alltech is now designing a mobile 120 TPH asphalt plant under its Uniblack series. With its modular design, our upcoming UNIROAD 1500 asphalt plant will be easy to transport, and enable quicker erection and dismantling, especially in constricted project sites. The company plans to commercially launch it in 2023.

High performing Uniblack 3000 a top choice for plant owners.
The 240 tph plants have a rigid structure and are equipped with controlled systems, advanced aggregates, burners, and high-end hardware. Universal beams with no cutting made during the bonding of the plant parts reduce brittleness and wear. Fiber dozing systems enable the plants to operate on glass fibre and other plastic-based materials.

The high-performance level of the Uniblack 3000, 240 tph plant enable plant owners to derive the rated output. Plus, the support rendered by the company in the plant operations and maintenance ensures high availability of the plants at project sites. Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, one of Biggest Road Projects being paved by 6 Asphalt Batch Mix Plants of Alltech Group of Capacities 200 TPH & 240 TPH.

Alltech’s 240 tph plant exceeds expectations.
The performance of its 240 tph plants (six units of which are working at various locations of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway project) has been highly encouraging, where they have been operating for close to 24 hours and delivering a throughput of 12 lakh metric tons. Alltech will gather data on the complete performance feedback of the plants, based on which it can make improvisations in the design of its upcoming asphalt plant projects.
