We have improved the performance of our plants, along with their ease of transportation and installation, reduced downtime, and made operations more economical with lower fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
We have standardized the designs of the structure and conveyor for improved performance, flexibility, and faster execution of jobs. The bulk production with zigs and fixtures improves the quality and uniformity of the plants’ structure. This will also reduce the cost of operation of the plants due to easier and reduced maintenance time and cost, and economical use of power and fuel.
We have made certain changes in the design of our Speed Bharat wheeled plants. The modular design and standardization of all the components, conveyors, and hoppers will increase the uptime for erection and commissioning, dismantling, and shifting of plants.
Introduction of diesel electric mobile (crawler) crushers has led to a reduction in operating costs. As all the drives are electric motors, in the long run, customers will not have to depend on the expensive hydraulic drive.
For plant optimization, we have undertaken digitalisation of the complete process of the plant. We have automated all our equipment for monitoring the feed and output and VFD‘s, wherever required. We have introduced new safety features for all the conveyors like pull card and zero speed switches. The plant can be operated and monitored by SCADA through PLC and CC cameras.
We are bringing more manufacturing efficiencies in our products through automation.
The focus today is on higher capacity plants of 500 to 600 tph, with heavy-duty primary crusher, a single secondary stone crusher, a modified efficient vertical shaft Impactor and a sander to produce aggregates of 20mm and concrete sand. Also in demand are dedicated sand plants - wet or dry - to produce high quality concrete sand similar to natural sand, with minimum quantity of (-)150 microns and the required percentage of 600 microns.
To meet the market demand, we are bringing more manufacturing efficiencies in our products in order to make them capable of faster deliveries. We have automated our manufacturing lines and brought in advanced cutting and welding techniques in fabrication.
We have a training program for our customers, and are an approved training partner of the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC).
Budget 2022-23 is futuristic, growth oriented, and highly investment focussed.
The Rs 40 billion crushing and screening equipment market is getting a major push from infrastructure development projects like roads, railways, and the mining sectors.
The 2022-23 Budget reiterates that the government needs to move out of the debt recovery mode and fuel growth of post-pandemic India by increasing capital expenditure across sectors like infrastructure, health, education, housing, water, highways, expressways, and the bullet train project.
The underlying thrust on digitisation and technology, including the setting up of digital currency, will provide the required push towards a more digital economy. All these together will catapult the infra industry into an unparalleled momentum to create better, more streamlined, and an effective ecosystem for fostering growth.
Good infrastructure will provide the ecosystem necessary for the economy to flourish; by building a robust foundation for the future. This in turn will create exponential demand in our industry for higher capacity crushing and screening plants. Newer technology and digitization will further engage the industry in creating sustainable growth through many avenues.
