Abhijeet Pai, President - Puzzolana Group
Engineering advances with respect to the technological needs of the day is a part of our curriculum. We have launched the Horizontal Impactors & Vertical Impact Crushers in Crawlers. Our Cone Crusher Model PCC 33150 can take a feed up to 275mm and capacity of 600 tons of (-)45mm / 350 tons of (-) 20mm in single crusher.

We have introduced new crushers of higher capacities of up to 500TPH and beyond.
Puzzolana’s focus is to provide cost-effective solutions to its customers. Our newly-introduced new crushers of higher capacities of up to 500TPH and beyond utilizes a single line operation for crushing and screening. We have improvised on the metallurgy of wear parts produced in our foundries to suit the specific quarry stone character and improve machine life and reduce the cost per ton of production.

We have re-launched quick assembly and dismantling type rubber tyred wheel plants, and have also introduced fuel/power conservative units in both crawlers and crushers, They have a modular design with very little lead time and efficient production.

Our dry and wet systems are tailor-made to suit customer requirements.
Our plants and equipment are designed to give flexibility in operation and adjust for production of various products, depending on the need of the project or the market. Based on the type of feed material in the production of M-sand and availability of water, we have different classifications of dry and wet systems that are tailor-made to suit the requirement.

Puzzolana Crawler Crushers

Puzzolana offers Crawler Mounted Crushers with three stage application: Jaw, Cone and VSI with Screens.
All our equipment are maintenance-friendly with the necessary indications and alarms that are in-built, and provision of extra terminals for conversion / incorporation of automation as per customer demand.

To overcome the problem of transportation of heavy equipment in hilly regions, Puzzolana offers Crawler Mounted Crushers with three stage application, that is, Jaw, Cone and VSI with Screens. These Crawler Mounted Crushers enable quicker set up time when compared to static plants.

All the crushing plants are of modular design so that they can be dismantled into lighter sections for convenience of easy and quick dismantling, assembly and transportation.

Puzzolana Crawler Impactor

Puzzolana’s mobile crawlers crusher with both diesel and electric mode of operations substantially saves on cost.
The growth in the crushing industry is between 10-15% year-on-year basis with many projects currently under consideration from government & private sector which in turn will boost the demand for mobile Crushing and Screening plants. Contractors are now looking for mobile crawler-mounted crushing and screening equipment that can be set up quickly in 3 to 4 hours of supply and up to 250tph capacity, and, of course, there is also the question of overall costs. To meet these expectations, we are offering mobile crawlers with both diesel and electric mode of operations and all the drives are standard/dust-proof electric motors. Puzzolana provides diesel generator onboard with a change-over switch to grid power, which substantially saves on cost compared to diesel, and also delivers high equipment uptime. We have also introduced a vertical shaft impactor in its crawler crushers to enhance the production capacity of fine aggregates and sand, and is also ensuring a seamless plant.

To ensure all-time availability of our plants, we have placed our service team at almost all the crushing zones and we have also our experts at our branch offices across all regions and at our associates’ locations.

We have a population of more than 3500 plants.
Our equipment is of proven capacity and quality, hence, approved by all the financers. Our equipment and plants are offered on lease by Financers / Agencies to customers as they are confident on the life cycle and service support extended by Puzzolana.

Training is key to achieve rated capacity
Our training system for customer team in operation, maintenance and parts management schedules is an approved partner of the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council of GoI. Training is provided to ensure that the plant is achieving the rated capacity and quality output at a minimum total cost.
