CASE India offers the most advanced products which suits the basic requirements of high fuel efficiency and productivity of the machine. With efficient FPT engine and best-in-class design, CASE India stands out in the market, delivering machineries ranging from compactors, backhoe loader, motor graders, crawler dozers to skid steer loaders. CASE in its product range has specific products for all sorts of job applications. A recent global breakthrough in sustainable construction is the CASE methane powered wheel loader which runs entirely on alternative or renewable fuel.

CASE India endeavours to build environment-friendly CE equipment, simultaneously working on newer technologies which consume less fuel, give higher productivity and profitability. In compact and lighter equipment, CASE India offers CASE 450 DX mini tandem compactor for asphalt compaction segment and CASE SR130 skid steer loader is used for small loading and various other applications.

Moreover, CASE inherits from its global standards and consistently works towards bettering the product range infusing new parameters based on feedback from the customers. A testament is our recent global breakthrough in sustainable construction - the CASE methane powered wheel loader, which runs entirely on alternative or renewable fuel.

CASE India's R&D department is continuously developing innovative products based on current market trends such that CASE will keep deploying machines with the most updated technologies.

Technologies such as IoT, Big Data, Machine Learning and AI cumulatively, can push the construction industry to speedier growth by real time applications, accurate and reliable output.
This year has been a breakthrough year in terms of digitization of the Indian construction industry. Our range of BS IV engine machines will roll out in 2021.
Adoption of BS III to BS IV emission norms is a mandatory shift for every OEM in the construction space. Therefore, the pricing of all the heavy-duty equipment will increase along with efficient engine properties. Our R&D is well prepared for the changes in emission regulation and has already started the work early in 2019. We will start the manufacturing of BS IV engine machines from 2020 and roll out the range in 2021.

BS IV emission norms change is applicable for above 50HP range product, so expecting Track Loader Backhoe (TLB) with complex features below this HP category is not practical. In the lower HP category, we have the skid steer loader (48HP) being used as a compact unit in urban areas for confined job applications.

Providing value-added features in products is a prime focus area at CASE.
The distinguishing features of CASE machines include best-in-class fuel-efficient FPT engine in graders, dozers and in some models of loaders, backhoes and compactors. Our EX series of backhoe loaders is equipped with a spacious cabin. Our graders and dozers have a closed ROPS/HVAC cabin unlike our competitors' machines with an open canopy. Our dozers come with the best-in-class “pulling power”. We have a one-piece engine hood in most of our models for ease of maintenance, and the highest compaction force in our soil compactors with 32 mm drum shell thickness.

We have introduced a mobile app CASE e-Seva where customers can directly reach us.
CASE India takes after-sales-service very seriously and offers a 24x7 toll-free customer care number for easy access anytime. Simultaneously, we have introduced a mobile app CASE e-Seva where customers can directly reach us. CASE India ensures that the problem raised is responded to within 8 hours and solved within 24 hours of registration of the complaint.

Our financial services arm 'CNH Capital' provides wholesale and retail equipment financing.
CASE India prioritizes customer satisfaction and has contributed to this practice by launching its financial services business - CNH Capital in India. CNH Capital provides a comprehensive range of services, including wholesale and retail equipment financing support to our customers. The company deploys finance professionals called 'Capital Mitras' at its own dealer outlets. These Capital Mitras give financial advice to the customers by educating them on various financing issues such as 'Kind of Finance', 6 months installments / quartet installments, 'best schemes' etc to help them in their businesses.

The current market slowdown is temporary and we will soon see some changes for the better.
There is little slowdown, but that's just not with our industry. Similar scenario can be seen with every other industry and it is a result of sluggish economic condition of the country. We expect this phase, not to last for long and with the kind of reforms being taken into consideration the conditions will change soon.

However, in a bid to further give a push to the country's infrastructure, the government has set up a task force to draw up plans for building infrastructure worth ₹100 lakh crore ($1.4 trillion) over the next five years. The NHAI has been spending nearly ₹70,000 crore annually on road construction; It is also trying to involve private investments to improve the sector's crises. With steps being taken to improve the sector's monitorial crisis, we expect some stability in the near future.
