Paras Kumar, Managing Director - Sharp Ply (India)
We will be offering cost-effective solutions and alternative products so that customers can more easily meet their requirements.
We will be looking to innovate our existing product line to make it more affordable for our client base.
By using our systems, customers will be able to achieve a good finish and complete their work much faster than by using the conventional methods. By introducing our cost competitive products, we are confident of sales picking up slowly, and we will remain firm and keep pushing. An expansion will not be a good initiative currently, but without that, one cannot survive in the industry. We have observed that there are lot of new players in the market and more awareness of products, due to which we are having many kinds of customers and are doing good business with them.
But when the market is slow customers are in no hurry to complete their project before time; rather, they are analyzing demand and trying to match it with supply. So, this is not really a good time for our kind of solutions.
The market is seeing a slowdown.
The market is seeing a slowdown and customers are not optimistic or confident of entering the market, hence there is no CapEx from companies. In such a scenario, making our space in the market has become a big challenge. Demand is slow, and all big companies are rolling back their big projects and are deciding to go cautiously.
