Sunrise Panels meets complete shuttering plywood needs with several products in its portfolio.
Alliance Birch Film face plywood: It is one of India’s top shuttering plywood brands. It is a combination of especially selected layers of matured birch veneers (imported from Russia) and bonded with high viscos phenolic resin. Both sides are overlaid with impregnated phenolic scratch-resistant paper film and the edges are sealed with resin to keep moisture away from the plywood. As a high value product, it is especially designed for high quality construction projects. Due to its proven performance, Alliance is recommended by leading builders and architects in the country.

Alliance Super: This state-of-the-art product has very high density with high performance characteristics. It is a maintenance-free panel made for different concrete formworks used for system shuttering, girder formwork, and regeneration panels.

Alliance Fabric: This is a top shuttering plywood and an excellent example of the research and development work done at our factory. The product has very high abrasion resistance of over 10,000 rounds. The durable overlays of industrial interwoven fabric ensure smooth concrete cast finishes and multiple uses. It meets the requirement of customers who want high shuttering performance with the most superior quality, an is much in demand.

Alliance Calibrated film face plywood: This is a combination of fine layers of imported hardwood veneer, suitably bonded with a phenolic resin adhesive resistant to harsh weather conditions. It is a trending material in the construction sector due to its high-performance properties and as a highly precise timber product. It also meets the requirement of IS 848.

Alliance Laminated Veneer Lumbar (LVL): This high-quality product is treated with preservative chemicals - mainly CCB and CCA - to prevent fungal attack and is resistant to all weather conditions. It is typically used for making beams, joists, trusses, frames, components of roof, floor and wall elements, components for doors, in the vehicle industry, concrete formwork, scaffold planking, and in all types of construction projects from new buildings to renovation and repair. It is extremely strong and dimensionally stable. It delivers its high strength from its homogenous bonded structure. Made under controlled specifications, it is stronger, straighter and more uniform. Due to its composite nature, it is much less likely than conventional lumber to wrap, twist, bow or shrink.

Sunrise Panels

We are manufacturing shuttering plywood of up to 6 feet width and 12 feet length and can offer customize the plywood as per customer requirement.
Sunrise Panels is a leading manufacturer in India with an ultra-modern heavy-duty calibrator of 6 feet width. This helps us to provide the best shuttering plywood to meet all types of shuttering requirements of our customers.

Market trends and our research show that the Indian market is shifting from conventional shuttering to the formwork system. So, to meet demand, we are continually improving our working processes and the usage of our machines, recruiting highly professional and trained personnel, and using advanced testing methods and the latest production technologies. Today, we can proudly say that we are providing complete formwork solutions and giving the best quality products to our customers.
