Mahesh Gupta, Managing Director - Shri Ram Panels
Known in the construction, transportation, industrial and interior/exterior industries for its highly specialized and sustainable manufacturing processes, technology and high quality, Shri Ram Panels (Magnus Plywood) will display its wide range of products at Excon including film face shuttering plywood, LVL, scaffolding planks and H-beams, acoustic plywood, production pallets, magnus door, mezzanine flooring and container flooring.

Our film face shuttering plywood is most suitable for RCC construction sites as it is structurally stronger and better bonded.
Magnus film faced shuttering plywood is manufactured with high density timber in ultra-modern hot presses. Manufactured with CPGL technology, it offers extra strength and better bonding when compared to similar products in the market. The panels are most suitable for RCC construction sites and is being used in the construction of bridges, flyovers, metro projects, ship building, water tanks, cooling towers, and high-rise buildings. It has a smooth mirror-like finish on both surfaces and saves up to 45% of cost compared to similar products. Its cross laminated structure between Face veneer, Core veneer and the Film enhances its strength, while salvaged plywood can be further used for paneling, roofing, flooring, partitions, etc.

Shriram Panels

Our Magnus range of LVL meets regular specifications such as water proofing, fire retardancy, termite resistance, and the advanced specialty shielding.
LVL (laminated veneer lumber) is being used in the construction and housing sector worldwide. Being composite, it is less likely to warp, twist, bow, or shrink due to its composite nature. Being highly stable dimensionally, stronger, straighter, and more uniform, LVL is suitable for shuttering, supports, beams, headers, edge forming door frames, concrete formwork, scaffold planking, window frames, architectural roof trusses, doors, external cladding, flooring, interior stairs, and any construction that needs wood.

Our Magnus Scaffolding Planks / H-Beams are manufactured for heavy load bearing and have international standard shapes and features like chamfered corners, plastic capped corners, and are structured with two lightweight yet high strength flanges and one web beam shaped from composite plywood.

We also provide Designer Doors, Mezzanine Flooring, Container Flooring, Fire Retardant Plywood, and Acoustic Plywood with special properties, sustainability, and applicability across various industries.
Our high-quality Designer Membrane Doors are resistant to termites and have a smooth finishing. They are being installed in numerous commercial and residential establishments. Our Mezzanine Flooring can bear the load on structure as it is manufactured with selected hardwood in single species to ensure high bonding and cured under great hydraulic pressure with optimum temperature.

Shriram Panels

Our container flooring made of selected hardwood veneers is an extremely durable transportation flooring that can withstand the movement of forklifts driving continuously over various kinds of surfaces while loading and unloading containers.

Magnus Fire Retardant Plywood offers fire safety support with properties like delayed temperature rise and reduction in gas evaporation, which restrict the flames from spreading. This makes them most suitable for use in areas where the risk of accidents due to fire is high.

Our Acoustic Plywood is designed to reduce sound up to 80 decibels. It is made from sound absorbing material inserted between two layers of veneers. When sound passes through it, the intensity of sound is decreased, which makes it best suited for application in libraries, auditoriums, concert halls, museums, conference rooms, etc.

Magnus Multi Layered Engineered Wood (MLEW) is a high density, borer and termite proof wood of BWP grade that can be cut into varying sizes and thickness for making ready-to-install door and window frames (chaukhats).
