“At bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2018, we will renew ties with our customers and develop new ones. In the last quarter, we saw a surge in the requirement of our premium product with Japanese twin shaft mixer, which is the most advanced technology in construction equipment.”

Our Japanese partner introduced us to R&D in 2012 and since then we are developing the best twin shaft mixers in India.

Our CP 30 TS TML, 30 cum/hr compact concrete batching plant with a twin shaft mixer ensures a high level of productivity, backed by our in-house twin shaft technology and reliable service. The compact plant is easy to transport and install at sites due to its modular design. It can easily mix and churn out varied grades of concrete M-15, 20, 25, 30 cum, with accuracy due to the logic control software system in the plant.

The twin shaft mixer installed in the plant was manufactured by Bhai Pumpcrete at its Ludhiana facility under Japanese collaboration. Its features include whirl flow technology, low pinching blades, leading compulsory mixer, and ability to mix large aggregates without segregation and low slump. These factors ensure homogenous mix, rated productivity, plant availability, and very little maintenance. The CP 30 TS TML has a 0.5 cum mixer with 750/500 cum input and output capacity. The unit has four compartments and can handle maximum 63 mm size of aggregates. The weighing system of the plant is electronic.

Our online maintenance in our premium products saves time

We have maintained competitive pricing along with Japanese high quality, and we can check faults online, which saves time and increases efficiency. We always push our customers for preventive maintenance. We give proper training to the operators and provide them with a maintenance manual.

We plan to focus on Chhattisgarh and Bangladesh in 2019.

Apart from increasing our presence in the digital space, we have strengthened our presence in north India and plan to focus on Chhattisgarh in 2019. Our dealer Irta Construction & Mining Equipment for Chhattisgarh is based in Raipur and has been actively promoting our product. We have appointed a dealer in Dhaka and will start focused marketing efforts in Bangladesh.

We saw better growth in 2017 compared to 2016, and this year we have almost touched the sales figure of 2017 (one more quarter still left in this fiscal), and 2019 looks promising as well.

Growth of the CE industry has been constant in the last couple of years, but it’s difficult to envision the next five years before the general elections in 2019, after which we will get a clear picture.
