We are amongst the most rapidly growing CE manufacturing companies; we do not just sell equipment, we also provide solutions. As a matter of fact, within just a decade, we have gained the expertise to offer a complete range of efficient, economical, and user-friendly equipment, not only to the Indian market but also in many countries across the globe.

Our entire range of products including Asphalt Drum Mix Plants (Stationary & Mobile), Asphalt Batch Mix Plants, Wet Mix Macadam Plants, Concrete Batching Plants, Bitumen Pressure Distributor, Hydraulic Road Sweeper and other ancillary products, maintain error-free, high quality, as we adhere to the stringent national and international quality standards during their production.

To strengthen our product range by manufacturing Asphalt batch mix plant of higher capacity and global standards in India, Kaushik Engineering Works has cemented a strategic technical collaboration with the leading Turkish mobile and stationary asphalt plant manufacturer - Cesan Ltd.

With over 18 years of experience in the field, our products are not only serving the domestic market but have also reached over 35 countries.

The company provides complete solutions for road construction that offers immense opportunity for the overall growth of an economy. Good quality road construction products are essential to carry out the process with ease and contribute to the quality of the roads constructed. We, at Kaushik, assist the road construction process by offering asphalt drum mix plants with unmatched fuel efficiency. With up-to-the-minute process controls and automation, we provide complete support for total installation at site and ensure cost-efficiency with productivity.

Kaushik Plant

Kaushik has delivered 40 plants since its tie-up with Cesan in 2014.

Kaushik-Cesan Asphalt batch mix plants are designed for maximum efficiency and minimum operation cost. The plant can reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and improve efficiencies by reducing fuel consumption with its completely self-designed dryer, which operates on the basic principle of heat transfer to the aggregate. For each ton of asphalt, a minimum one litre of fuel can be saved.

The modular design plants are easier to install and can be dismantled within two to three days. Our program logic-controlled plants enable operators to optimize operation. Critical components sourced from reputed manufacturers, especially the gears of Turkish origin, ensure reliability of the equipment. The fabricated grilled material made at our plant is based on Cesan’s European standards for durability and safety. The plants work safely at sites as they have stringent production checks. That apart, the plants are capable of taking 15-20% of RAP materials.

Batch Mix

With low operating costs and moderate cost of spare parts, our batch mix plants ensure cost-effectiveness.

Our asphalt batch mix plants are available in different sizes and configurations. We also offer customized asphalt batch mix plants which are marked for their efficiency, ease of operation, and low maintenance. These plants help contractors develop hot mix asphalt with the use of discontinuous process coupled with perfectly weighing technology. For a hassle-free, easy to operate, and high-performance batch mixing equipment, our batch mixing plants stands out from all other brands.

Drum Mix

We are ramping up manufacturing capacity to produce plants up to 300 TPH.

Kaushik Cesan is expanding its plant offering based on the requirements of Indian road contractors and currently produces plants of 120-160 TPH. However, to take on the growing demand for bigger capacity plants from contractors involved in bigger projects, we are ramping up our manufacturing capacities in Ahmedabad and Sanand facilities to produce plants of 240-300TPH. Along with producing higher capacity plants, the facility will be able to produce three plants per month as compared to two units at present.
