“At bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2018, we shall talk about our new technologies like non-vibratory stone column equipment and deep depth diaphragm wall grabs, along with their performance. We shall update visitors about our products made especially in India and our range of piling and Dwall equipment, and also share their job site performance reports to establish the merits of our superior technology and technical features.”

Technology with smart product features along with multifunctional applications has been our forte.

Emphasis on stringent quality control, higher productivity and reduced project timelines will influence contractors to opt for reputed, reliable and superior technology equipment. Premium brands like Casagrande who offer value and quality in their products and solutions, and always talk about their products’ superior performance and productivity, reliability, high technical features and their life-cycle cost, will be the first choice of contractors looking for these aspects. Our machines with new technologies are capable of using the same base career with suitable application kits to operate them for Piling, Dwall, CFA, Soil Stabilization, non-vibratory stone column etc, which gives a huge advantage to contractors by reducing their investment cost and mobilizing the equipment at short notice.

We have been successful in our own right to secure orders based on such merits. And we shall continue to focus on this endeavour and showcase our job site reports to prove our credentials. Hopefully, more and more customers will prefer quality and premium products like ours, rather than choosing equipment based on their initial capital cost.

By providing complete solutions, product reliability, and after-sales support at all times, more than 60% of our orders are now repeat orders.

Customers associated with us on a long-term basis have complete trust and confidence in our products and solutions. We are getting worldwide appreciation for our deep depth hydraulic grabs for Dwall construction and equipment for ground improvement by the non-vibratory stone column method, which helps in carrying out ground improvement even in urban areas having old structures nearby, without causing any damage to them.

Our factory-trained technicians operating from Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata, provide services to customers across India and in the neighboring countries, and technicians from Italy regularly visit our job sites to further help our customers in better and more effective handling of their equipment and in carrying out scheduled maintenance. We have warehouses in Delhi and Chennai for timely supply of parts and will expand our after-sales set-up as per customers’ needs.

The projects in the pipeline auger well for foundation equipment business in 2019 and in the coming two years.

This has been good year for us in terms of complete and parts business, and we expect some more business in the remaining months of this financial year. The Government has announced various Railway, Metro Rail, Ports, Roads and Bridges, and Power projects for building the country’s infrastructure. These projects have good potential for generating demand for civil foundation equipment.

The government is also pushing contractors to minimize the timelines for completing projects. A judicious planning for timely implementation of projects, especially in the context of land acquisition, utility removal, and emphasis on selecting the right capacity equipment, will ensure sustainable and consistent growth of foundation equipment.

We hope to have a strong Central government in place by mid next year after the general elections, to carry forward completion of these projects with smooth implementation. The present trend and various infrastructure related projects that have been envisaged indicate a 10-12% y-o-y growth of the CE market in India.
