
Some of ATG popular product designs in Galaxy brand include Hulk (L-4 and L-5), Super Industrial Lug (R-4), Giraffe XLW(L-2/G-2), and EXR-300 (E-3/L-3). This covers all major tire sizes like 12.5/80-18 and 9.00-16 for front as well as 14.00-25, 17.5-25 and 16.9-28. In the skid steer category, its Galaxy brand includes Beefy Baby, Hulk and TracStar ND in major sizes like 10-16.5, 12-16.5, 14.-17.5. ATG has products in both pneumatic and solid options for skid steer. Galaxy Beefy Baby, Hulk and Super Smooth are designs for solid tires. For telehandlers, it has Galaxy Multi Tough, Beefy Baby, Super High Lift, Industrial R-1, Giraffe in all popular tire sizes like 13.00-24, 14.00-24, 400/80-24, 440/80R24, 15.5/80-24, 15.5-25, 17.5-25, 18.4-26, 440/80R28, 440/80R30, etc. “Some of our patterns like Beefy Baby, Hulk, Giraffe, and Multi Tough have been benchmark products for many years. We owe our industry leadership and customer preference to our wide range of products in all major tire sizes, and their availability at all times,” avers Rajendra Nagapurkar, Marketing Manager, ATG Tires.
He adds, “Similarly, for the forklift category we have our most popular product Galaxy Yardmaster Ultra in Pneumatic Bias and Solid options. Apart from this, we have Galaxy Boss Lift and Yardmaster Radial in almost all the tire sizes required for various machines. Some of the prominent tire sizes we offer include 6.50-10, 7.00-12, 250-15, 300-15, 8.25-15, 9.00-20, 10.00-20, 12.00-20. We recently launched Radial Forklift tires in 10.00R20, 11.00R20 and 12.00R24.”
According to Nagapurkar, ATG has one of the strongest R&D and distribution infrastructures in the industry with design centers in Israel, America and India. Its test centers are equipped for endurance testing, computerized radial run out testing, and non-destructive testing. “Our new off-highway tires are an outcome of our strong R&D on new compounds and tests conducted to evaluate their performance and abuse in various tough applications, including for wear, heat, and cut resistance. Along with in-house testing, we also undertake field testing at customers’ sites to boost their confidence in our products, and our products are also tested by independent agencies in all the major markets.”
“ATG partners with leading global OEMs for developing new products for specific applications. For example, for one of our leading OEM in Europe, we developed a new variant to cater to certain geographical markets. In fact, ATG has three business verticals: one for America and Latin America; one for Europe and Middle East-Africa, and one for Asia Pacific and SAARC countries. Its warehouses include four in America, one in Italy, one in UK, and two in India, and it has a distributor and dealer network across the globe,” he adds.
