Infra sector poised to grow significantly in next five years

The Government has initiated various steps for accelerating infrastructure development and putting India back on the growth trajectory after a period of declining GDP growth rate. Investment and implementation of key projects are the concerns of the Construction and Construction Equipment industry. Corrective measures and industry-friendly policies of the Government would greatly help infrastructure development in the country, and the sector is poised to grow significantly in the next five years.

Due to boom in overall CE market, we will grab a good share

Due to demonetization, we have faced issues in executing our pending orders because customers are not willing to take immediate delivery of equipment. For GST, it will take a month to understand and educate our team members as well as suppliers, but due to a boom in overall CE market, we will manage to grab a good market share. CE industry as a whole, has welcomed government initiatives to bring fast paced reforms and transparancy.

We are a single source of supply for all concrete products

In the last few years, we have introduced many multinational brands in India. Our tie-ups with multinationals for bringing advanced technology into India for various concrete product solutions is in alignment with our Make in India strategy.

Apollo strictly follows all norms and processes of manufacturing for bringing world-class products to India. Customers are highly satisfied with the performance of the products and in most cases, we are getting repeat orders. Due to our vast range, customers can get complete concrete products from a single source of supply, which is helping in building the Apollo brand.

Recent developments at Apollo Inffratech

Apollo Inffratech has entered into a JV with Germany-based Zenith for concrete block making machines. Under this JV, Apollo Zenith will manufacture ZN-400 & ZN-600 concrete block making machines in India.

In the last two years, demand for higher capacity batching plants (60 to 240 tph) have shot up due to road projects. In this financial year, Government focus has diverted from traditional bitumen road to durable, low maintenance concrete road projects. For making concrete road continuously, a huge amount of ready mix concrete will be required, which is possible with the help of higher capacity batching plants. In accordance with this demand, Apollo Infratech started manufacturing batching plants of upto 160cu.m/hr capacity range in stationary plants. We have also introduced compact batching plant series of upto 75 cu.m/hr capacity, which saves initial cost, transportation costs, and less area is required for installation.

In our batching plant and self-loading transit mixer, customers can store unlimited data of batch-wise, day-wise, week-wise and month-wise production reports. He can access this data through a pendrive from anywhere.

Apollo Inffratech has added HEM slipform paver in its product portfolio

Our HEM pavers have distinct technological advantages that are evident in the simple operations of the mechanical and hydraulic systems, which use less electronics and are easy to maintain. The pavers come in widths of 2.75 to 13.5 meters for any type of road construction work.

Our concrete slipform pavers manufactured by HEM, USA, have advanced features like hard surfaced auger for spreading concrete, temper bar system for better finish of the surface, bigger and adjustable paving pan for better compaction area. The universal hydraulic system allows interchangeability of hydraulic pumps in case of emergency to run the basic functions of the machine. The slipform pavers provide high-performance paving operation with utmost precision.

KGM 2760 Apollo Inffratech Group

We have already sold eight slipform pavers within a year and are getting a good review from our customers, and are referring them to others. We provide complete service and maintenance for optimum utilization of the slipform pavers. Our customers get service support from commissioning of the equipment during the initial stage to completion of the entire road project. The company also provides operator training and timely availability of parts whenever needed.

Customer support

Apollo is a process-oriented company and strictly ensures the quality of its products. Our equipment is designed to give maximum output and consume less energy. We have developed our own ERP system which maintains every detail of customers and machines. We have a detailed and pictorial parts manual and product manual for ease of usage, through which customers can order parts as per the requirement without any hassle. We have introduced AMCs for all equipment, and our customer care number is available 24x7 for support.

KGM 2620 Apollo Inffratech Group

Since skilled operators are required for operating the high-tech products, Apollo periodically arranges onsite and hands-on training for its customers as well as for its staff.
