Fayat Dynapac: Long lasting, user-friendly solutions

Fayat Dynapac showcased its innovative designs and new innovations along with its ground-breaking and high-tech digital solutions like Dyn@Lyzer, Dyn@Link, TruckAssist and SetAssist that helps to track machines. The new High Climb (HC) versions of soil compactors CA2500 and CA3500, Stage IV/T4f, can work at the same slope in both forward and reverse directions. The High Climb application is perfect for compaction in trenches for pipelines, since there is a necessity to reverse up the grade of the trench as it is not possible to turn the machine around.

In order to meet the special needs of the oscillation compaction concept and to supply a long lasting and user-friendly solution, Dynapac has focused on wear resistance and serviceability in its new Dynapac CO4200 VI oscillation roller. The eccentric weights are driven by timing belts and the oscillation roller has been designed to make service fast and efficient.

To facilitate the operation of the asphalt roller, Dynapac has invented a full seat rotation that eliminates the limitations of pre-defined forward and reverse directions. Full seat rotation provides the driver with the possibility of always facing forward, by simply turning the seat and steering module, making it easier for the operator to do a quality job in an ergonomic manner.

The highly cost-efficient CP1200W - the latest member of the Dynapac pneumatic tyre roller family - shares many of the innovative features that makes Dynapac a strong and reliable partner for all kinds of jobs. Dynapac also introduced its new 80-cm-wide mini paver F80W. The company offers a paver solution for small jobsites, narrow paving areas and landscaping for both asphalt and sand jobs. The F80W, equipped with its gas-heated vibrating screed, V1300V, is the perfect fit for jobsites with a working width range between 0.25 and 1.65 meters. Due to its simple and robust design, the F80W is easy to operate, and is the ideal partner for smooth and well-compacted surface jobs.
