According to Ashvin Patel, Director, Siddhivinayak Engineering Company, their machines are manufactured using the highest quality raw materials and the latest technology, and are being used extensively in various industries such as Construction, Cleaning etc. "The primary advantages that our machines bring to the users is their sturdy construction, high quality of each and every component, and their competitive pricing. We also assure our customers of timely delivery and prompt after-sales support and service," he said.

The company has one manufacturing unit in Mehsana and another will be commissioned by March or April 2019. The new plant will manufacture big machines like pavers, concrete mixers, road making machines, etc. "Even though there are many players in this segment, we are very confident of getting projects and the reason why we are setting up another factory. We started making the bigger machines in 2014 and in this fiscal year we are confident of selling at least 15 of them. Our machines are preferred by customers for their good quality, good productivity, and for their affordability, and we are growing by 15% every year."

The company is doing constant R&D to improve the quality and performance of its machines. The engineers design and produce the machines as per customer specifications, and there is a lot of emphasis on quality during the manufacturing and assembly processes, and of all the components and parts, which undergo quality checks in-house. "We also refurbish machines of other brands because our motto is to support customers at any time," added Patel. "Projects are moving faster due to new technologies and enabling contractors to complete projects on time. We provide aftersales service and send our engineers to customer jobsites to check the performance of the machines."

As regards the company’s technical know-how, Patel informed: "We have made prototypes from technically advanced machines of foreign make, to which we brought our own R&D capabilities and made improvisations based on our understanding of the application requirements in the Indian jobsite conditions. For instance, we have made our machines more flexible, easier to operate, and with reduced maintenance requirements, plus they are priced lower."

Siddhivinayak Engineering is currently selling its machines directly to customers, but plans to create a dealer network in Chennai, West Bengal, U.P. and Mumbai, once the new plant is commissioned and production starts. "Our target is to grow our turnover from ₹5. crore to ₹35 crore. In the next edition of Excon, we plan to take a big outdoor booth to showcase our growing range of products and our manufacturing strengths," said Patel.
