SDLG’s new motor grader and wheel loaders

SDLG unveiled its 3 ton new LG 933L wheel loader and 12 ton motor grader.

Looking further to consolidate its presence in the Indian quarry sector SDLG unveiled its new LG 933L, three tons pay load. Powered by Weichai WP6G125E331, inline water cooled, electronic, direct injection engine delivering 92 kw/2300r/min meeting BS 3 norms. The wheel loader is equipped with 1.8 cum bucket.

"There is a growing demand for 3tons wheel loaders in India in quarrying and ready mix concrete segment. The new wheel loader is simpler and more cost-effective, featuring reliability and robust performance with faster cycle times will be suitable for 200 tph crushing plants," says Mr. Sanu George, Business Head SDLG India. SDLG offers two range of wheel loaders in 3 tons class in India LG 936 and new LG 933L. LG 933L comes with manual shift systems and three tons axle as compared to pilot controlled joysticks in LG 936 having five ton axle. Both the wheel loaders come with standard air conditioned cabins.

SDLG also showed its bestselling LG 958 L, 5 tons payload capacity wheel loader with side dump bucket for tunnel construction in view of growing demand from road construction sector. Powered by Deutz tier-3 BF6M 1013-22T3R1837, four stroke six cylinders, direct injection, turbo charged electronic engines. Mr. George says, "The loaders available with 2.9 and 3.1cum buckets comes with faster cycle times and ability to load at higher heights for the conventional bodied and rigid dump trucks."

Making its foray into road construction, SDLG unveiled its new G 9138, 12 tons motor grader powered by tier-3, Deutz BF 4M1013-15T3R/2 delivering 111kw@2100rpm. The standard moldboard of the grader is 3048x565x16. "The 12 and 16 tons graders constitute 90% of the demand from the Indian road construction sector. With our new lighter and economical option, we will look to build up our presence in this segment by offering contractors to beat project deadlines," says Mr. George.
