After Sales Service

The company believes that even the most comprehensive product range is incomplete without a well oiled and reliable after sales service. "The value of the product does not lie in merely reducing costs at the time of selling the equipment. However, it is the support we provide to the customer at highly competitive rates enabling the company to match its quality to the requirements and aspirations of its valued customers," says Mr. Dilip Mukherjee.

Further he said, it is with this objective that XCMG India has developed its own after sales service network superbly manned by skilled and trained service engineers. Further, all our dealers are encouraged to maintain a steady supply of spare parts while a team of engineers to minimize down times enabling customers to earn even more and befitting profit.
