Currently, with over 400 functional units including mobile cranes, crawler cranes and wheel loaders along with a steadily increasing client base, the company has already registered its presence in India.

However, our commitment is to make available the best value of investment to its customers has encouraged the company to further fortify its operations in this country by helping them to own equipment entailing lower purchasing and operational cost.

XCMG India Private Limited, which has appointed Yang Jijun, the Managing Director and Dilip Mukherjee, as the Country Head, is acclaimed for its unmatched range of hydraulic cranes and commended for their efficient, unfailing and tenacious performance. Apart from its existing client base, the company’s Indian units are in the process of developing several other dealers across the country to secure a strong and sustained foothold in the Indian dominion.

After Sales Service

The company believes that even the most comprehensive product range is incomplete without a well oiled and reliable after sales service. "The value of the product does not lie in merely reducing costs at the time of selling the equipment. However, it is the support we provide to the customer at highly competitive rates enabling the company to match its quality to the requirements and aspirations of its valued customers," says Mr. Dilip Mukherjee.

Further he said, it is with this objective that XCMG India has developed its own after sales service network superbly manned by skilled and trained service engineers. Further, all our dealers are encouraged to maintain a steady supply of spare parts while a team of engineers to minimize down times enabling customers to earn even more and befitting profit.
