Speed, Accuracy, Quality & Safety for Targetted Delivery

India is a very fast developing country. To achieve the set targets for infra development, we have to adopt speed, accuracy, quality and safety in all the machines used for construction of multi-storey structures, cement, steel and power plants, refineries etc. This requires proper planning and machines that are equipped to enable timely and safe construction. If we look at China, there are hundreds of buildings of above 300m height and thousands of buildings above 150m height. All these projects were done within a very short period, using high speed machines and new technologies.

As the authorized dealer of GJJ, we provide high-speed Man & Material Hoists, Passenger Hoists, and Rack & Pinion Construction Platforms. GJJ had invented these machines following decades of R&D, and is today the largest exporter in the world, covering all the 5 continents.

Everest Engineering Equipment

What makes GJJ the preferred brand?
GJJ is the market leader of high speed, medium speed, and low speed hoists across the world with a population of about 64,000 units. GJJ has developed the hoists with technical support from NORD Germany and Siemens Germany. The hoists, therefore, have the NORD Mechanism along with Siemens VFD. GJJ has also eliminated the use of trailing power cables and has innovated special bi-directional BUSBARS.

The speeds specified in GJJ catalogues are the actual speeds achieved with full load. GJJ can offer 46m/min, 63m/min, 96m/min, and even 120m/min (2m/sec) hoist, as per the height of the building. The hoists can be used for 20 years without any major trouble or maintenance. This reliability of GJJ hoists is the company’s biggest selling point, which makes it the preferred brand for contractors.

Cost Effective Platforms
Even today, most of the contractors use traditional scaffolding for external plastering, façade fitments etc. These are costly, unsafe, and have limited reach. On the other hand, GJJ rack & pinion platforms are fully galvanized structures of 10.5m and 24m adjustable lengths, with 1m cantilever for building extensions. Standard platforms can be used up to 200m height, and with special design, they can be used up to 300m height. It takes only 3-4 days to install a 100m tall platform. What’s more, the platforms can be used repeatedly for 20 years.

Tower Crane Anti Collision Systems
We are the market leaders in Tower Crane Anti Collision Systems with 300 units in India. Our continuous efforts for improving the stability and safety of cranes, led to the development of the most reliable and accurate Anti Collision Systems as per Indian site and climatic conditions. The radio controls are based on government regulations for de-licensed frequencies for crane control. “EEE” anti-collision systems have an in-built SLI (Safe Load Indicator) that provides additional advantage to customers as a Single System Installation. The system’s economic price, proven reliability and safety have made it No.1 in India.
