Mini Lift by New Age Construction Equipment: An economic choice for material lifting

New Age Construction Equipment’s Mini Lift is a safe product to lift sand, bricks, concrete, cement, tiles, marbles, steel rods, paint buckets, glass or any other building material. Manufactured in detachable parts for portability, it is easy to install and operate without any foundation. Having a lifting capacity of 300kg/500kg, Mini Lift is widely used in high-rise buildings for water-proofing, open pit mining, and for building foundations, dams and bridges.

Technical specifications of New Age's Mini Lift

  • Ø10mm wire rope provided for 25 to 125-m height of construction
  • Top Limit Switch prevents over travel of attachments in upward direction, thereby, preventing damage to the Jib
  • Auto electro mechanical break holding hanging weight has a lever to manually lower load in absence of power
  • Control System: DOL Starter Type
  • Winch Motor Cover provides protection against falling debris & material
  • Control Unit (Standard): Up / Down Auto Electric mechanical break
  • Two coats of primer & two coats of enamel paint for rust prevention
  • Rotatable Hook can be rotated at 360-degree to prevent stress on rope and longer rope life
  • Rope Pulley Bearing for rope pulley so less load on motor
  • Oscillating type arm: very long arm for safer working conditions; can be customized as per customer requirement and rotated 360-degree
  • Balancing weight for balancing hanging load for rotating condition.

Attachments with Mini Lifts

  • Wheel barrow: Galvanized body frame is use for resistant to chemicals and oxidant. Applications are lifting concrete, sand, bricks, cement bag, grit etc. Capacity: 200 kg/liters.
  • Brick handling basket: For lifting bricks, cement bag, buckets etc. Capacity: 500 kg. Size: 0.85m X 0.85m X 0.45m.
  • Glass & marble lifter: For lifting glass, marble etc. Capacity: 350 kg. Size: 3m x 2 m x 0.40 m.
  • Mini lift bucket: For lifting bricks, concrete, cement bag, buckets etc. Capacity: 500 kg. Size : 0.95m X 0.95m X 0.55m.
