Zoomlion QUY600 Crawler Cranes in India

Crawler Cranes
Two Zoomlion QUY600 Crawler Cranes have completed remarkably a series of grand construction projects with their outstanding performance, reliable and stable operation, which made them shine in India and won a high value from the customers and the international professionals. Raising the boom through the sky, they show their great strength that could pull mountains and raise tripods.

At Indian Hazira Industrial Park, the central park of steel industry, electricity industry and energy industry of India, Essar Group, one of the world's Top 500 Enterprises, put an investment here for the greatest private steel factory of India for the moment.
Crawler Cranes
The first Zoomlion QUY600 is under operation for the best 4 months here and worked on average 9.5 hours a day, which shows its international level compared to the foreign famous brand. What’s more, during the construction process, an irregular structural member with 200t weight asked for an 80m height loading and traveling 30m walk with load. ZOOMLION QUY600 chose the “72m Main Boom + 30m Luffing jib” working condition and completed successfully the loading assignment collaborating with Demag TC2500. The senior management group, the project technical advisor of Essar and professionals abroad have all commented, “unbelievable! It is perfect!”

Meanwhile, the second Zoomlion QUY6OO exported to India is standing in the steel structural buildings of Mandvi thermal power generation factory of TATA Group, as outstanding as the first one.

Crawler Cranes
While the other crawler cranes of this industry could not complete the hoisting under such working condition, ZOOMLION QUY600 made it with its maximum utmost limits, 84M main boom plus 96M luffing jib, under this condition with 58m curve, its maximum loading weight is 25.5t and hoisting height is 160m. This abstracts many workers and operators of the profession who raised their thumb after watching.

By being at a series of remarkable projects, the two QUY600 Crawler Cranes have been approved widely by international professionals, which not only represent the witness of the world spreading of Zoomlion brand but also symbolize that the Chinese construction machinery enterprises, here represented by Zoomlion, has walked out a way to transmit China from a labor intensity trading country to a technology intensity trading country through changing its low-end image in the world market by improving products quality, increasing technology value, and meeting world demand for high-end products.
