Marsman manufactures quality and productivity oriented equipment, including, mobile and stationary crushers (Jaw, Cone, Impactor), Vibrating Screens, Feeders, Feeding Hoppers, Conveyor systems, Gyratory hydraulic cone crusher etc. Its all products are manufactured using the latest technology and passes through the tough testing process to ensure the best quality of its products. Marsman’s R&D is the heart of production. By using computer aided and finite element analysis, its engineers provide pre-engineered or customized equipment to meet the specific and growing needs of the customers.

Primary Heavy Duty Jaw Crusher comes with the capacity range of upto 700 TPH and is ideally suited for crushing hard granite stone,black tarp rock, river gravel, limestone, coal, iron, ore etc at primary stage with maximum output capacity. These are known for its strength and sturdy body which is made of tested M.S. Plates. It is fabricated with horizontal and vertical ribs for strength and sturdiness, the body is annealed and undergoes heat treatment process to minimize chances of body getting cracked.

The jaw plates are made of high tensile manganese steel. One jaw is fixed and the other jaw is fitted on swinging lever. The side plates are of close fitting type which prevent any wear to the body, which is made of high grade manganese steel.

The crank shaft is centrally fitted on cast steel toggle bearings for equal distribution of load. The cast steel toggle bearings can withstand excessive wear & tear and facilitate correct crushing stroke. Heavy duty cast iron flywheels are fitted on both the ends of crank shaft. The flywheels are machined all over, counter weight fitted and balanced to ensure steady crushing force.

Marsman’s Primary mobile crushing solutions find a wide range of applications in quarrying recycling, mining, aggregate production, cement production and tunnel crushing. They are compact, stable and have high mobility. As the different units are compatible with each other, and can be combined together in accordance with requirement. The easy mobility enables plants to move within and between sites, thus lowering material transport costs. The benefits also include less quarry traffic, lesser dust, noise and exhaust emissions.
  • Crushingcapacity ranging from 50–250tons per hour and can be fitted as per required outputcapacity.
  • It has Vibratory Grizzly Feeder according to crusher size.
  • The ConveyerBelt comes fitted with MagneticSeparators at Discharge end.
  • Comes with Electrical Control Panelfitted with motors, starters, etc which can function for all units 415 V 50 Hz, 3 Phase.
  • The unit is mounted on Heavy Duty Mobile Chassisfitted with Axle, Tyres and completeBrake system unit.
