After attending a lots of customer complaints for fake and duplicate domestic make machines, Icaro has finally decided to launch the latest "Icaro GAMA" series at bC India to spread the awareness of quality and genuineness among customers.

Gama Series, will have new suffix as "IS" for Shearing and "IB" for Benders which is completely different from its old serial number caring C&P. GAMA series can easily be distinguished at very first look on its outer body frame which is made by fusion/casting with special cast iron with spheroid concept. "IS" and "IB" series have the most elastic and wear resistant features to last long. Icaro Gama series machines are now available for sale in Indian market.

Bending Machine

ICARO bending machine is a semi automatic machine, it assists one to form various shape while maintaining the safety standards (EC) to avoid operational hazards for operator at site. With bending angle getting perfect it drastically reduces scrap of rebar and will in turn increase productivity into profit. It can easily handle rebar up to 60mm dia.

Shearing Machine

ICARO Shearing machines widely called as rebar cutting machine, have a robust chassis, made up of single fusion steel to withstand the vibration during shearing of rebar. Featured with advanced safety standards (EC) to protect the operator from operational hazards, it increases the productivity with getting a cut per second. With balanced RPM, ICARO shearing machines are successful in generating sufficient torque to get a perfect cut.

Stirrup Machine

ICARO Stirrup machines are here to reduce the effort and to increase the production demand at site for stirrups. Projects are getting more complex day by day so, one cannot rely on obsolete standards. And to meet customer requirement for stirrups Icaro PS16 computerised model can produce the stirrups in the range of 350 to 700 per hour, depending upon the size and shape required.

ICARO Combined Machine

With the quality of both shearing and bending machine, this is the perfect choice for small and economical customers. It can shear and bend up to 30 & 40 mm rebar respectively. For small contractors, combined machine has always remained first choice for their projects. Spiral Machine

The machine can produce rings and spirals with steel rods from 6 mm dia. and unlimited 34mm with adjustable radius from a minimum of 8cm and unlimited maximum. The rollers are made of heat treated alloy steel to bear the maximum stress.
