MTA displays Control Panels & Smart Electric Center for Off-highway Applications

The Switch Control Panel is an off-the-shelf product with 10 customizable buttons and led. It is designed to resist harsh environments, typical of construction and agriculture applications, and features an IP54.
The LCP CAN Light Control Panel with CAN management and integrated power electronics features basic and protection functions, for example, against overcurrent and overvoltage. It has diagnostic features like proportional load current sense (for CAN diagnosis); open loading ON and OFF state; short circuit to ground and battery. It is protected against all electrical interferences and has an IP54 sealing protection.

In the PCB of the LCP CAN Light Control Panel the PROFET replaces relays and fuses, avoids mechanical contacts, and guarantees unlimited recovery cycles. There’s no need of an accessible plastic box for maintenance operations. Both the Switch Control Panel and the LCP CAN Light Control Panel are manufactured in MTA’s Rolo plant, in Italy.
MEC 97 is a plug & play product, developed for engine bay installation and produced with printed circuit board (PCB) logic and press-fit technology. It features a rational design, compact dimensions and allows the integration of all functions in one piece and has a high level of customization.
The CAN Bus plug-in module allows the connection of MEC 97 to the CAN Bus of the vehicle, a feature more and more requested by OEMs, making it a “Smart Modular Electric Center”. Through CAN Bus, the module can in fact drive the relays and generate the actuations needed, as well as convey diagnostic information.
The CAN Bus Module can be programmed through MTA Studio, a software tool developed by the company that allows even less experienced customers to easily and quickly customize all dashboards, displays and electronic control units by MTA, both off-the-shelf and custom. This represents a great advantage for those already using some MTA products, allowing to obtain the best synergies.
