Ingeco’s compact and completely closed Shaft Mounted Speed Reducers (SMSR) are designed for direct mounting to ensure positive drive and permanent alignment, minimizing space requirement and layout problems. Application areas include conveyors, mixers, special purpose machines, road construction, mining & crushing equipment, etc. The extremely efficient geared motors can deliver torque up to 10,000 Nm with various possible ratios and mounting options. Application areas include core industries like cement, power, mining, and infrastructure-related machinery.

Ingeco’s Foot Mounting Parallel Shaft Helical Gearboxes give high output torque and a longer service life. These helical gearboxes made of high-grade C.I casting with alloy steel hardened and profile ground gears, are ideal for a variety of applications and are functionally scalable.

Worm gearboxes are available from size 1.5” to 10” with power capacity up to 50kw. They are available in different versions like underdriven, overdriven and vertical output shaft up/down. Application include cement, crushing, plastic and paper industries, etc. Ingeco speed reducers are being exported to more than 10 countries, including the USA, Kenya, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Bangladesh, and Saudi Arabia.

The company’s modern plant of one lakh sq.ft. has the latest gearbox making machines which include gear hobbers, gear grinding machines, CNC turning and milling machines, and gear testing equipment.
