Gayatri's Advanced Asphalt Batch Mix Control System
Gujarat company, Gayatri Control & Automation, introduced its asphalt batch mix control system with an advanced controller for asphalt applications. Its key advantage is the inclusion of more than 15 types of protection in the electronic control with a digital motor, showcasing cutting-edge technology.
“Our main goal is to make maintenance easier and streamline the panel's design. We also provide live connectivity through a web portal for remote diagnosis,” informed Jignesh Pandya, Director, Gayatri Control & Automation. “We are the first company in India’s construction sector to introduce this innovation, which is the result of our collaboration with Schneider Electric.
The ISO 9001:2008 certified company specializes in custom-made high quality control panels for use in various industries, including plastic machinery, textile industry road construction machinery, rolling mills, material handling equipment, air compressors, and printing and packaging machinery and specially the industrial automation industry, where it has a strong presence with a wide customer base both within India and internationally.
“The Indian infrastructure market is growing and the OEMs in our industry are actively innovating. We follow a two-year product development cycle, with valuable inputs from our customers to further improve our control systems that meet the demand for advanced technology. Our products are also being exported to markets in the US and Europe.”

Gayatri Control and Automation has a well-equipped production facility in Ahmedabad spread across 7500 sqft, which includes assembly and testing area and a 2500 sqft office area. It currently produces 20-25 panels per month and is catering to railway projects, including the Bullet Train project between Ahmedabad and Mumbai. It mainly focuses on the markets of Maharashtra and the Southern regions of India, where it has installed over 700 panels. “We have a track record of over 3000 installations and more than 400 clients. We will be expanding our production facility to meet increasing demand,” informed Pandya.
