Burner India’s Biomass Pellet Burners & Stoves reduce carbon emission
Burner India, manufacturer of oil, gas, and biogas fired burners, biomass burners, and thermic fluid heating systems, has been serving the infrastructure industry since 2001. “We are catering to different categories of plants like concrete plants, asphalt plants etc, with different specifications. In fact, our products can burn any quality of combustible fuel. Our Bmax Burners, are also curbing pollution with their higher efficiency to contribute towards a cleaner and a greener environment. Today, we are catering to 80% of the market,” says Vinesh Bhatia, Group President & Partner, Burner India.
“Oil burners are being used in India since ages as gas burners are not available. People use different types of oil HSD (High Speed Diesel), which is a costly fuel, while the price- conscious customers prefer LDO (Light Diesel Oil), tyre oil, pyrolysis oil, black oil, or furnace oil.
The company has recently introduced Wood Pellets, an innovative fuel, which provides uniform consistency and burning efficiency. It is safe to store and handle, and gives substantial savings over gas and diesel. One ton pellet saves one ton of CO2 emission,” he informs.
Burner India has a team of 100 employees and a network of dealers across India. It invests in R&D for modifying or creating new products as per customer requirements. “At our in-house R&D unit at our factories at Mehsana and Ahmedabad, we strive to design burners for the customer and the environment,” says Bhatia. “We are playing with fire which is a very critical component in any industry. We understand that our burners must be very safe and efficient as they add to the running cost of our customers. We also organize training programs for our customers on our products so that they get optimum application benefits from them.”
