Axle Shaft India launches range of heavy excavator parts
Axle Shaft India launched a range of heavy excavator parts and has also increased its range of rock breakers with more models as attachments of excavators/earth moving machines used in the mining and road building industries. “Our company is ahead of competitors because we have the technical know-how of machining as well as metallurgy and heat treatment, which is our usp. We are manufacturing parts that can be used by companies like JCB, Kobelco, CAT Hyundai etc. because of our high quality, our cost-cutting and the R&D that we undertake,” informed Vikrant Soni, CEO.
The company has a manufacturing unit in Ambala (Haryana) where machining and heat treatments like CNC, SPM, sawing, milling etc are done. Parts are supplied from its warehouse in Ambala within 5-6 days though ready stock is also kept with its dealers based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore. It is also planning to set up a warehouse in south India.
“We started in 2012 and have made so much progress in such a short time due to our focus on producing a good quality material at the most affordable prices, based on our technical expertise. In fact, I have the great support of my father who is a metallurgical engineer. Even Escorts appreciated our products at Excon. In fact, we get a lot of appreciation from the aftermarket people because we believe in competing in terms of quality and not low-quality low pricing. Actually, it’s the traders who for the sake of profit margins try to procure the cheapest possible. There is also lack of knowledge as all products appear the same; one cannot always distinguish the quality unless some chemical specifications, hardness and spectro tests, grading etc. are done. OEMs do not believe in certifications, so they do the complete testing and research at their end. We are confident of our products as we maintain the consistency in our quality always.”
