What makes GJJ the preferred brand?
GJJ is the market leader of high speed, medium speed, and low speed hoists across the world with a population of about 64,000 units. GJJ has developed the hoists with technical support from NORD Germany and Siemens Germany. The hoists, therefore, have the NORD Mechanism along with Siemens VFD. GJJ has also eliminated the use of trailing power cables and has innovated special bi-directional BUSBARS.

The speeds specified in GJJ catalogues are the actual speeds achieved with full load. GJJ can offer 46m/min, 63m/min, 96m/min, and even 120m/min (2m/sec) hoist, as per the height of the building. The hoists can be used for 20 years without any major trouble or maintenance. This reliability of GJJ hoists is the company’s biggest selling point, which makes it the preferred brand for contractors.

Cost Effective Platforms
Even today, most of the contractors use traditional scaffolding for external plastering, façade fitments etc. These are costly, unsafe, and have limited reach. On the other hand, GJJ rack & pinion platforms are fully galvanized structures of 10.5m and 24m adjustable lengths, with 1m cantilever for building extensions. Standard platforms can be used up to 200m height, and with special design, they can be used up to 300m height. It takes only 3-4 days to install a 100m tall platform. What’s more, the platforms can be used repeatedly for 20 years.
