Primary Jaw Crushers
Primary Heavy Duty Jaw Crusher comes with the capacity range of upto 700 TPH and is ideally suited for crushing hard granite stone,black tarp rock, river gravel, limestone, coal, iron, ore etc at primary stage with maximum output capacity. These are known for its strength and sturdy body which is made of tested M.S. Plates. It is fabricated with horizontal and vertical ribs for strength and sturdiness, the body is annealed and undergoes heat treatment process to minimize chances of body getting cracked.
The jaw plates are made of high tensile manganese steel. One jaw is fixed and the other jaw is fitted on swinging lever. The side plates are of close fitting type which prevent any wear to the body, which is made of high grade manganese steel.
The crank shaft is centrally fitted on cast steel toggle bearings for equal distribution of load. The cast steel toggle bearings can withstand excessive wear & tear and facilitate correct crushing stroke. Heavy duty cast iron flywheels are fitted on both the ends of crank shaft. The flywheels are machined all over, counter weight fitted and balanced to ensure steady crushing force.
