Enerpac High Tonnage Cylinders for Heavy Lift in Harsh Environments
With increasing demand for heavier lifts in harsher environments, Enerpac has risen to the challenge with a new range of high tonnage cylinders. The cylinders offer outstanding durability, longer service life, and greater side-load resistance for increased heavy lift capability. Enerpac is offering the broadest product portfolio in the market. Products include single-acting, double-acting, lock nut and low-profile hydraulic cylinders from 50 to 1000 tons.

The high tonnage cylinders include advanced bearing and sealing technology to extend the boundaries for eccentric loads, and reduced cylinder maintenance intervals. The effects of corrosion and scoring are no longer a concern because of the nitrocarburization surface treatment.

Enhanced Safety Features: Safety has long been a major feature of Enerpac cylinder designs. Mechanical securing of the load, side load absorption, an overflow port and safety valve, are industry-leading safety features of the new Enerpac cylinders. In addition, safe and easy handling is ensured by certified lifting eyes, collar thread and base mounting holes.

While improving safety features, the Summit Edition also defines a new durability standard. With longer service life, reduced maintenance, and superior side-load capabilities, users can confidently take on the most demanding heavy lift applications.

Higher lifts with Enerpac telescopic cylinders
Enerpac has announced its RT-Series of telescopic cylinders for applications that require a long stroke in confined spaces. With a lifting capacity from 14 to 31 tons with maximum stroke lengths of 270 to 600 mm, the multi-stage hydraulic cylinders can lift loads up to 600 mm in a single move.

With a 700-bar max operating pressure, the RT-Series consists of 2 and 3 stage cylinders. Safety is paramount in the design of all Enerpac products. The standard tilting saddle allows side load up to 3% of maximum capacity at full stroke. For easy handling and positioning, all RT-series cylinders come with lifting eyes, as standard.

The RT-Series are also suitable for harsh and extreme conditions. Manufactured in high strength alloy steel with a nitro-carburized surface treatment, they provide wear and corrosion resistance.
