Current and Forecasted Demand
The Forklift market in India is growing at a pretty fast pace. The overall demand of MHE is expected to increase by atleast 25-30% compared to the previous year, and even surpass the overall market figure for FY 19.

In the current fiscal, developments in the e-commerce, retail, 3P logistics and warehousing industries are fuelling demand for lift trucks and warehousing solutions. Technological advancements such as Internet of Things (IOT) are paving the way for the growth of the market for forklifts over the forecast period.

Opportunities & Challenges
It has been business as usual since the last few months, and people are getting into negotiations and buying equipment. Sectors such as retail, e-commerce, warehousing, consumer goods, etc. are growing rapidly and hence the demand for forklifts and warehousing equipment is on the rise.
