DCS Trading and Services Pvt. Ltd. Enters into Marketing Tie-up with KRHI
Hyderabad based DCS Trading and Services has signed marketing collaboration agreement with Kerui Heavy Industry (KRHI) of China during a gathering in New Delhi. Under the tie up, DCS will exclusively market KRHI's range of luffing, flat top and tool kit tower cranes in the Indian construction sector. The collaboration agreement was signed between Mr. Rajeev Kumar, CEO-Crane Division, DCS Trading and Mr. Fu Jinting, President KRHI, reports NBM&CW.

Mentioning about the tie up, Mr. Rajeev Kumar said, "we will market KRHI's entire range of 1-50 tons tower cranes in India and will also promote to core construction and real estate projects. During the first year of the tie up, we are planning to sell 100 cranes of 5 tons each. The reason for selecting KRHI as trading principals was owing to the company's ability to manufacture technically refines cranes backed by sound R&D support." He added, "initially the cranes will be marketed by us. However, to make them cost competitive, we will consider localizing the spares and components of the cranes based on the nature of demand."
DCS will provide customer support services for the cranes under KRHI's 4S programme wherein necessary technical information will be furnished to potential customers on the product allowing them to make the right purchase based on desired application. There will be in between sales support, customers request; DCS will arrange for a factory visit to acquaint customers on KRHI's crane manufacturing facilities. Next in line will be after sales support, where necessary operation and maintenance assistance will be provided to customers in addition to parts support. To ensure reduction in equipment downtime, we will park basic components with the customers during the sale of the equipment. DCS's mother warehouse is in Hyderabad.
DCS distributes earthmoving and mining equipment spare parts, cleaners and various attachments. The company has branch offices in Trichy, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Kolkata.
