Escorts' commitment to provide matching solutions in the Cranes market is its mantra for leadership. Having pioneered and established the high end pick-n-carry (PnC) safe cranes called 'TRX' series, the effort has been made to increase the product offerings in this category to cater to the demands of the job applications from various sites.

Escorts F-15, remains the most popular TRX series crane in the Indian market today. However, the demands & requirements at these sites are changing. The load handling profile, under foot conditions, speeds, safety & emission norms are moving up.

The matrices of requirements were captured and provided a comprehensive solution through Escorts 'TRX' series crane model Escorts F20.

F20 is the crane with best in class weight distribution along and across the front & the rear axles. The geometry of the configuration is unmatched and the kinematics of the machines makes it special.

Escorts F20 Pick-N-Carry Crane
With a rated Capacity of 20T @1.5m it is the only PnC crane that can lift 15 Tons using the snatch block & winch.

PnC cranes with front wheel drive have traction issues in laden conditions. To overcome this limitation, 4 Wheel drive is used in cranes which makes them expensive to own & operate. F20 is the first crane, particularly in the high tonnage PnC category, that has a Front Wheel Drive. This gives it an excellent traction in all conditions. The maximum speed of 38 Kms/hr gives it the road running advantage that is one of its USPs. The high ground clearance & uniform front & rear tyre size makes it the best PnC crane on undulated/rough terrain ground conditions. It has been designed with a creep speed of 1.3km/hr which is ideal for load handling. The load visibility is complete which is a must for safe handling.

Escorts F20 is the first PnC crane with telematics-the advantages of which are multiple for the owner and the operator.

The importance of the operator in production machines can never be over emphasized. Besides other operator-friendly features, FM radio & mobile phone charging facilities have been provided also. The operator finds high comfort & minimum fatigue while operating for long hours.

Our design team, headed by Mr Ankit Kumar, proudly call it a 10-star Crane & is confident of Escorts F20 being the star crane of the year 2016. The marketing is equally, if not more,of great success of this 'TRX' series crane.
