Advanced hoisting solutions from Everest Engineering
Everest Engineering Equipment India launched its new GJJ manufactured, fully galvanized men and material hoist with an option of single and double cage. The cage with speed variation of 46 metres/minute - 120 metres/minute delivers incremental life span of 20 years as compared to conventional hoists. The extended life is due to the fully galvanized structure, which prevents rusting when exposed to harsh weather conditions.
Said Managing Director, Mr. P.V. Ramdev, “This men & material hoist can work with a speed of 46, 63, 96 & 120 M/min which is highly beneficial owing to the higher productivity it will deliver, based on its design attributes. The power consumption is suprisingly reduced by 35% with the combination of NORD Germany mechanisms & Siemens Germany VFD and saves about Rs.6-8 Lakhs worth of diesel burning per year. The new hoist will be exclusively distributed by Everest under its tie-up with GJJ of China.”
As regards the company’s tower crane business, Mr. Ramdev informed, that they will continue to market and support SYM’s top kit, flat-top and electrical luffing jib tower cranes in India. “The cranes have a strong brand recall by contractors given their reliable performance and high productivity.”
Everest has recently bagged a fresh order of 62 units of 12-ton flat-top cranes from the Largest precast contractor BG Shirke for their DDA’s cluster housing project in New Delhi.
Added Mr. Ramdev, “We want to be identified as a total solution provider for the tower crane business from 3t ~ 200t range by reinforcing our position as a highly reliable service provider for safe and efficient working of tower cranes. So, we will continue to promote our anti-collision devices with safe load indicator systems, and also render our support services for reducing energy consumption in the tower cranes, besides training, annual maintenance contract, installation, commissioning and after-sales service with our team of 43 engineers as a complete package offering.”
“For delivering higher levels of quality support and services we have taken ISO-9001-2015 quality systems certification from TUV,” mentioned Mr. Ramdev.
