Mining & Construction Equipment Division (M&CE) of Voltas Limited has been serving the cause of mechanization and modernization for almost 50 years, serving as a vital value-adding link between manufacturers, suppliers and end users. Since 2008 Crushing & Screening division of Construction equipment wing is manufacturing wheel and static plants at its ISO9001certified Works situated in Thane. According to Mr. Sanjay Jadhav, Deputy General Manager, Crushing & Screening Business, "We are currently manufacturing 150/200/250 TPH plants at our Thane works. The CSE Division of M&CE is catering the market of road and commercial aggregate, iron ore sector. We aim for having clear vision of capturing the mid size customer with 150 TPH plants and 200 / 250 TPH plants for corporate, Road construction companies for their major infrastructure projects, ports. Also, we are looking at overseas opportunity for supply of complete plants its after sales support. We ensure dedicated & sincere efforts in keeping our customers satisfied and vitally ensuring their uptime of plants."
Today, CSE team supports over 150 sets of equipment in India through its nation wide network of 55 sales & service offices and 5 warehouses, conveniently situated at job sites. Equipped with a highly professional support engineering team, the division offers a variety of value added services like Annual Service Contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts, Complete Overhauls & Refurbishing and Training for operators and maintenance crew at job sites.
The division operates in a rapidly changing and competitive business environment with new opportunities and challenges emerging continuously.
