In a recent development, Torsa has adopted modular design for its major jaw crushers where with the application of value engineering, the weight of the crushers can be reduced substantially and features detachable body plates in order to facilitate the in-pit operations, where mobility of assembled crushers are difficult. In this process, Torsa could trim a lot of in-house manufacturing activities and there-by saved a lot of process time which expedited deliveries and reduced waiting time. These machines sport simplified, quick gap setting adjustment and components being detachable, the worn parts can be replaced effortlessly and has a great ease of on-site serviceability.
