Titan Crushing introduces 50-100-150 TPH plants to produce sand with very low operating cost

Titan Crushing, which manufactures crushing and screening solutions under the brand name Diamond Crushers, has expanded its range from toggle crushers to grizzly, jaw cones, and vertical shaft impactors for stationary crushing. The range includes the new DP-Series of 300 TPH cone crushers and 500 TPH vertical shaft impactors, designed to crush abrasive rocks with lesser wear and tear of the machines.

This will necessitate use of the right machines, which we are able to provide with our expertise in mineral processing solutions. Plus, our customers will be able to produce M-sand with very low operating costs using our 50-100-150 TPH plants.”

The new RV series VSI with PLC-based controls is a new generation machine, specially designed for the production of finer aggregates and sand. It enables automatic data capture of the various operating parameters of the equipment, including remote analysis, and timely warnings and reminders for maintenance, using IOT.
