thyssenkrupp delivers high performance aggregate crushing and screening plant at Bhiwani, Haryana

Right in the heart of one of the major aggregate crushing zones in Bhiwani, Haryana, thyssenkrupp Industries India has provided a complete crushing and screening solution to Silverstone Crushers and Minerals in Khanak (Tosham), Bhiwani, Haryana. Silverstone, a new entrant in the field, wanted a partnering organization, which would provide them a most efficient solution in the field of crushing and screening.
The growing market needs encouraged Silverstone to plan for a new 2-Stage, 250 TPH skid mounted crushing and screening plant. The plant was delivered within 2 months from the day the purchase order was placed, and commissioned successfully in September-2017.

The 2-Stage plant comprises EB 1108 Jaw Crusher in the primary circuit, Kubria® FM 110 cone crusher in the secondary stage with four deck screen CK 1004, associated conveyors and complete electrical system to run the plant efficiently.
EB 1108 Jaw Crusher offers unique benefits like a robust design, casted pitman and heavy duty structure to achieve greater crushability with all types of hard stones and ores. The crusher is also equipped with hydraulically assisted gap setting system which reduces manual workforce and downtime for CSS settings. The heavy pulley and flywheel provide a high moment of inertia and make it more power-efficient in hard stone crushing. The primary station also consists of a big 30m3 size feed hopper to give proper flow rate in the crushing circuit. Together with its modern designed sturdy skid system, it makes the primary station one of the best and strongest in the market. For ease of maintenance, the Jaw Crusher is provided with an automated grease lubrication system.

Kubria® FM 110 Cone in the secondary station with a feed opening of 230 mm makes it essential and part of product quality improvement stage. The efficient crushing chamber design can produce high quality of cubical products in this stage. To control and monitor the health of the Cone Crusher, it is equipped with an automated lubrication and hydraulic system. The hydraulic system ensures trouble-free gap setting operation in the Cone Crusher. Tests have shown the excellent quality of the production output.
The above machines are operating in a closed circuit with a 4-deck screen CK1004 which makes it a complete 250 TPH crushing plant for (-) 40 mm product. The material feed to the Jaw Crusher is graded stone of 0 - 650 mm, which is crushed down to (-) 200 mm and then stocked in a stockpile of 3000 tons through a 800 mm belt conveyor. It is then extracted through a tunnel feeder and another belt conveyor to feed the secondary cone FM110. The crushed stone from the Cone Crusher is fed to the 4-deck screen CK1004 to take out the different fractions of 0-5 mm, 5-10, 10-15, and 15-20 as products through different stockpile conveyors. The oversize of 20 mm product is re-circulated in the secondary circuit.
The plant is operated 10 hours per day to produce approximate 600 tons of (-) 20 mm aggregates to cater to the local construction industries around Delhi and Haryana region. By delivering a reliable, flexible and most efficient crushing plant, thyssenkrupp has, once again, brought customer satisfaction and a strong competitive edge. The biggest advantage that thyssenkrupp brings to its clients and the market is the shape of the products and their premium value.
