Sany India enthrals visitors with 16 new products
Sany India, a leading manufacturer of construction equipment, heavy machinery and renewable energy solutions, unveiled over 16 new products that included excavators, batching plants, concrete machinery, truck cranes, road equipment etc.
"All the products are designed to stay true to the company's focus on quality, technologically advanced design, fuel efficiency, superior performance, high reliability and digitalization. In fact, Sany products have emerged as a game-changer in the industry. I am confident that Sany will soon be among the top 3 players in the industry with its ultra-modern and global quality products, strong dealer network, and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. With significant investment in sectors like infrastructure, railways, roads, irrigation, energy, and ports, we plan to further enhance our product line in India, one of the core markets for the Sany Group, where our growth trajectory has been quite impressive," said Deepak Garg, CEO, Sany Group, India and South Asia.
"Our Pune facility has a manufacturing capacity of 5000 units of excavators and 3000 units of concrete machinery and cranes. The effort is to continuously upgrade and expand our manufacturing capacity to meet the burgeoning demands of the customers. With best in class equipment, great infrastructure, strong manpower, and dealership network, Sany India has become a key player in infrastructure equipment industry," added Sanjay Saxena, VP & BU Head-Heavy Equipment and Concrete.
Sany's new products include the following: Paver (SSP90C-6 and SAP60C-6): The new Sany Pavers have 900 and 450 ton per hour paving capacity and come loaded with features like advanced spiral technology ensuring uniform flow of material, automatic temperature control, high grade wear-resistant plates, high cooling capacity, ergonomically designed dashboard and remote control for ease of operation.
Motor Grader (STG170): This grader with 172 horse power engine has a 3-stage filtration system for high torque, optimized fuel efficiency, NOSPIN differential technology for anti-skid performance and powerful workability.
Crawler and all-terrain cranes (SCC800A-1, SAC3000S, SAC4000S): Some of the features of the cranes include superior lifting capacity with latest safety features, GPS monitoring system, ultra-long boom for wide working radius, electronic control technology and inbuilt hydraulic control technology.
Transit Mixers (STM10P, STM8P): Transit mixers with 10 and 8 cubic meter capacity, they are loaded with features like an advanced spiral design for superior mixing of concrete and lesser discharge residual, and large capacity oil cooler. They offer reliability, high geometric volume, and minimum filling, discharging and cleaning time.
Concrete pump (HBT5010C51 and HBT6013C51 Legend series): Sany legendary HBT S-Valve technology concrete pumps, re-launched in the Indian market, are proven and reliable concrete pumps designed for high performance in high rise pumping and heavy-duty applications like dam projects. Sany's pumping solutions range from 30 to 120 cum/hour. SYMC intelligent control system helps monitor equipment status in real time.
Batching plant (HZS300): Of 300 cum/hour capacity and optimum batch size, with energy-saving technology, the plant also has a system of separate weighing hoppers for cement and fly ash with simultaneous batching, reduced cycle time and almost 100% productivity level. Customers can opt for buying a fully covered mixer structure for environment-friendly and safer operation.
Boom pump (SYG5230THB): This new 37m truck-mounted boom pump offers an additional 1-m boom length and a new 5 section compact boom design. Sany offers an additional 40% extra power which makes it very suitable for the toughest applications. It gives high operational efficiency due to high low-pressure switching, while its in-built S-valve technology increases productivity and pumping.
Excavators (SY215C-9, SY230LC-9H): These excavators are loaded with Dynamic Optimization Matching Control System (DOMCS) which realizes a match between the engine and external load demand for better fuel efficiency; reinforced front attachments, strengthened upper structure and robust undercarriage and a cabin with wider visibility and easy access to switches.
The company has established a strong network of 25 dealers and 100+ outlets across India and has set a target of scaling up this number to provide 4S solutions (stock, sales, service & spares support). Presently more than 9000 Sany machines on the ground are contributing to infrastructure development projects in India and other South Asian countries. With Government of India's focus on infrastructure development and modernization, the company is poised for tremendous growth.
Said Sanjay Saxena, "We are now positioned in the Indian construction market as a total solutions provider. Our strategy for broadening our business presence in India will be through emphasis on increased localization, and on higher utilization of our equipment through digitization. The market for all-terrain cranes of 100 tons and above is hovering around 15 – 20 units per annum during 2014 – 17, and is expected to reach 30 units by 2019, with categories 120-150 tons and 350 tons and beyond, showing indications of good demand owing to upcoming road and metro projects. Sany India will be launching a 500-ton all-terrain crane in 2019 in Indian market.
Added Dheeraj Panda, Director and Head, Excavator Business Unit, SANY India, "Our 23-ton excavator will be positioned as a premium offering for the granite and marble quarrying industries. Products featuring rugged undercarriage and superstructure will also be positioned for aggregates quarrying." Sany has also sold six units of its 55-ton rigid dump trucks to the mining sector in India recently.
