R. D Infra Equipments increasing production capacity to meet demand
Nashik-based aggregate/minerals crushing and screening solutions manufacturer RD Infra Equipments is expanding its production facility by about 50,000 sqft and upgrading its machines for higher capacity production and efficiency.
Rahul Deshmukh, Managing Director, RD Infra Equipments says,“We are seeing a growing demand for larger capacity plants for major infra projects and have been introducing larger capacity machines for each stage of crushing plants, including 1000 tph capacity. To meet the growing demand for washed and manufactured sand, we are also manufacturing hydrocyclone washers that can wash up to 200 tph of M-Sand and recently introduced sand making fine cones.”
He adds, “Our core expertise lies in designing crushing plants and preparing customized solutions to meet customer needs economically as well as optimally. So, research and development are a continuous process at RD. We have introduced an entire new series of cones which will vastly improve our clients’production and output. We have designed modular structures for ease of transportation and erection at site and we are improving the design of our machinery with the help of international consultants. Our aim is to ensure the best performance per unit of power used.”
Deshmukh informs that the company is expanding its product range to include larger and more efficient jaws, cones, grizzlys, and screens, and ensuring better quality products for better crushing of hard and abrasive rocks. Besides their wide range of mineral processing solutions, they are also making dry classifiers for producing clean sand. “We are gearing up to meet the growing domestic demand, and even our channel partners in our export markets like East Africa have indicated higher demand,” he says.
