New range of track screens from Marsman
Indian mobile and stationary crushing manufacturer, Marsman, launched its new range of HM 742 and HM 752 tracked screens. Manufactured under technical collaboration with Herbst Machinery of Ireland, HM 742 comes with a screening capacity of 150 tph/hr, while HM 752 comes with a screening capacity of 250 tph/hr. The screens, which will be manufactured at Marsman’s Vadodara and Nasik facilities in Western India, will be branded as Herbst Marsman.
Said Ravi Varma, Managing director, “HM 752 tracked screen is robust and versatile with a high performing two deck screen box, designed for a wide range of materials and aggregates. Their hydraulically folding conveyors and compact build makes them suitable for road and mining contractors working in hilly areas, plus the screens can be folded up and tracked directly into standard shipping containers in a few minutes. The screen comes with hydraulically folding conveyors with excellent stockpiling capacity. HM 752 can be adapted for a variety of applications including recycling of demolished crushed stone, iron ore, granite sand, gravel, limestone soil and compost and is powered by 36 kw, air cooled, Deutz 2011 engine.
HM 742, fitted with a two deck screens, is also capable of processing a wide range of materials and aggregates. Powered by 27 kw liquid cooled Yanmar engine for delivering 2250 rpm, the 10’x4’ top deck of the screen includes the loading area. It features a 750 mm conveyor belt and has a stockpile height of 2080 mm. Verma informed, “The screen is a self-contained unit, ready for any confined or remote environments, or large-scale operations.”
The track mounted screens are targeted for the smaller contractors. Seven units of HM 742 and two units of HM 752 have already been delivered to contractors. The company is looking for new dealers for promoting and servicing the Herbst Marsman screens. Said Verma, “While we have to adhere to European standards and at the same time have to keep our costs competitive, so we are looking to reduce the cost of our manufacturing by deploying new machineries and processes.”
Also on display were modular cone crusher station which is ready to use pre-fabricated skid mounted station allowing greater maintenance area & easy operation and a VSI crusher. Response was very good & visitors left impressed with our machinery.
Marsman, which manufactures crushing and screening solutions for Indian, Europe, Middle East and African markets, also exports its crushing components to European crusher manufacturers.
