New Equipment Launched by NAWA Engineers
NAWA Engineers have been a regular exhibitor of its crushing & screening, material handling and aggregate plant and equipment at Excon, right from its inception. In Excon 2009, they have showcased their several products as well as launch new product lines that include.
As part of its on-going development program of new products and new technologies, NAWA has entered into knowhow and technology partnership with an American designing and manufacturing company and acquired worldwide rights for manufacture of world's best-designed and energy efficient top-supported cone crusher for high capacity crushing. Also,NAWA developed high efficiency oval-motion three vibrator horizontal screens for crushed stone and mineral sizing applications. These two new equipment were launched in EXCON 2009, and on display were the 'SRM 500' Durable NAWACONE and a 'TRIPLEKS' series 7'x20' 3-Shaft High Efficiency Horizontal Screen.
Durable NAWACONE crushers have several innovative design, construction and operational features that are unique and add to their superior performance in secondary, tertiary and quaternary crushing applications. Notable among them are: (i) its user friendly hydraulic clamping system that facilitates top shell removal or re-fitting in less than 20 minutes, whenever a liner change or other maintenance needs (ii) the combination of anti-friction roller bearings and hydrostatic thrust bearing that make the crusher take high crushing loads and at the same time low power consumption.
NAWA 'TRIPLEKS' Horizontal Screens are of 3-shaft vibratory mechanism generating elliptical motion for non-clogging and high efficiency screening for medium to coarse separation, fine screening and scalping applications. Its 'Huck-Bolt' construction ensures greater rigidity and maximum life. The screens with 2 and 3 deck configurations are introduced from sizes 5 ft x 14 ft to 8 ft x 20 ft.
Other equipment on display are a high capacity 50"x38" Single Toggle Jaw Crusher and a Twin-drive VSI Crusher with 2x200 kW driving power.
The four machineries displayed constitute the core equipments that form part of a 3-stage aggregate crushing plant to process 500 TPH of hard rock or mineral ores.
NAWA has also displayed its expertise in concrete conveying and placement systems for dam construction. The display depicts a system that has been conceptualized and designed for Vitharna Dam Project in Maharashtra, for M/s Soma Enterprise Limited. The 600 cu. m per hour system comprises of continuous concrete pick-up at the batching plants, convey, elevate, articulate and place the concrete by a belt conveyor system that works on hydro-mechanically operated jacking mechanisms to an ultimate dam of height of 100 meter. NAWA is executing the project on 'from concept to commissioning' basis, ready to go on stream in Feb 2010.
