Nawa Screening Technology
Nawa Engineers have developed a comprehensive indigenous know - how in washing, dry & wet screening and classification of bulk materials for aggregates and mineral process industries. They are in a position to supply vibrating screening machines for material.
An efficient separation process, either coarse or fine materials or micro fines separation is the most important and critical operation as it is the cause for most of the plant shutdowns, and loss of production. Efficient screening only can result in quality product output without mixing between the fractions.
Nawa has successfully installed more than 1000 conventional circulatory screens of sizes up to 2.4 m wide x 6.0 m long in 2-3-4 deck configurations for aggregates and mineral ores.
Nawa had displayed a 900mm dia 6.5 m long spiral classifier and a 2.1m wide 6.0 m long 2-deck de - watering screen in IMME 2008-Kolkata. These received wide appreciation from the mining fraternity for their design features, workmanship and their application spectrum in mineral washing, fine screening and de - watering.

Linear Motion Screens
Nawa has now introduced various sizes and capacities of wet screening and de-watering machines for use in mining and mineral beneficiation. These are high - tech vibrating screens with linear motion with twin vibratory system, and can be mounted horizontally or slightly inclined position for more efficient separation. The linear vibratory machines find wide application in washing, fine screening, and dewatering as well. The most - difficult - to - screen materials like wet coals, sands and recovery of fine minerals are some of the applications these machines can handle efficiently without any clogging. Our linear vibratory screen sizes go up to 2.4m wide to 7.0m long with 1-2-3 decks as per application requirements.Spiral Classifiers
Another most important equipment in mineral recovery systems and sand washing is our Spiral (Screw) Classifier. Screws from 600mm dia to 2100mm dia have been developed by us to wash and rake-up 24 TPH to 300TPH of different mineral fines. This equipment finds extensive use in iron-ore slime recovery, mineral beneficiation and sand washing.Nawa had displayed a 900mm dia 6.5 m long spiral classifier and a 2.1m wide 6.0 m long 2-deck de - watering screen in IMME 2008-Kolkata.
