Marsman: Keeping Pace with Development in Infrastructure Sector
After a brief jolt due to economic slowdown, the Indian infrastructure sector has not only recuperated but is now surging forward steadily. According to Goldman Sachs, India needs to spend more than $1 trillion on infrastructure during 2012 to 2017, with roads requiring $427 billion, power $288 billion, and railways worth $281 billion. The 2007–12 five-year plan also envisages the investment of 10% of GDP by the end of 2012. Private investment is expected to contribute 36% (or $186 billion) of the total infrastructure investment by the end of 2007–12 five-year plan, an increase of 12% vis-à-vis the last five-year plan 2002–07. Such is the pace of the industry now that India would issue tax-free infrastructure bonds with a minimum tenure of 10 years which according to government estimates will have the potential to raise about $6.5 billion in fiscal year 2010-11 and the number could rise in 2011-12.

Primary Mobile Crushers
Marsman’s Primary mobile crushing solutions find wide range of applications in quarrying recycling, mining, aggregate production, cement production and tunnel crushing. They are compact, stable and have high mobility. As the different units are compatible with each other, they can also be combined together in accordance with requirement. The easy mobility enables plants to move within and between sites, thus lowering material transport costs. The benefits also include less quarry traffic, lesser dust, noise and exhaust emissions.- Crushing capacity ranging from 50–250 tons per hour can be fitted as per required output capacity
- It has Vibratory Grizzly Feeder as per crusher size.
- The Conveyer Belt comes fitted with Magnetic Separators at Discharge end.
- Comes with Electrical Control Panel fitted with motors, starters, etc which can function for all units 415 V 50 Hz, 3 Phase.
- The unit is mounted on Heavy Duty Mobile Chassis fitted with Axle, Tyres and complete Brake system unit.
Jaw Crushers
Jaw Crushers are used for crushing hard granite stone, black tarp rock, river gravel, limestone, coal, iron, ore etc. These are known for their strength and sturdy body. The body is made of tested M.S. Plates. It is annealed and undergoes heat treatment process to minimize any chance of body getting cracked. The crankshaft is centrally fitted on cast steel toggle bearings for equal distribution of load. The cast steel toggle bearings can withstand excessive wear & tear and facilitate correct crushing stroke. The jaw plates are made of high tensile manganese steel and the teeth of Jaw plates are designed to produce cubical shape material as per required output sizes.
