Hailstone Innovations Launched MOBILITY Crushing & Screening Solutions
Hailstone showcased its cost competitive, smart crushing solutions at Excon that included vertical shaft impactors under its HW Series, JC series jaw crushers, HF series cone crushers, and EC series cone crushers, as well Plants on Wheels and Track Mounted Crushing solutions.
The new, premier Smart JHF 200, wheel-mounted 220 TPH crusher comes with a combination of grizzly, jaw cone, and 4 deck screen of 1850x6000 mm. The plant is equipped with Hailstone’s jaw crusher JC 100 unit and HF 220 cone crusher and is designed for crushing hard rock such as granite and basalt. The wheel mounted chassis makes it easier for transportation between sites with a prime mover. Its compact dimensions and agility reduce operating costs.
The company also showcased its Smart Impact Series vertical shaft impactor VSI EP7X187 plant. The wheel-mounted plant is suitable for crushing hard rocks like granite and basalt. Hailstone’s new, 650 tph, HTS 1860 4D, 4 deck track screen with deck size of 6000x1800 mm comes with a dual power source.
Its HTC 270 track cone is available in capacities of 70-280 TPH with feed opening size of 182 mm and CSS range between 24-45 mm. The HTC track cone and HTS track screen powered by Volvo Penta TAD 1325 engine and EE 694 with Lerroy Sommer alternator, deliver higher plant availability and reliability with reduced costs of operations. Telematics, which is a standard feature in the plants, gives information on the set-up times, loading and unloading times of the feed and crushed materials, diesel consumption, and maintenance diagnosis.
“We at Hailstone understand the requirements and accordingly design customized solutions,” says Williams RJ, Managing Director, Hailstone Innovations. “We call ourselves not as a machine seller but as a consultant to the customer.”
In his view, the mindset of the people has changed post the pandemic. “They want to avoid buying, so we have been developing more affordable solutions, along with ease of payment, and are offering products to help customers start their projects soon and get the desired Ro!.”
He elaborates, “In order to hedge the rising procurement costs of our equipment, we have been looking to provide cost competitive solutions to our customers so that they can lower their operating expenses. Our machines are designed by experts to deliver the rated output and have a compact footprint.”
Coimbatore-based Hailstone is exporting its crushing and screening solutions to Kenya, Tanzania, and other African countries as well to Middle East. “In the near future, we will be expanding our dealer network and increasing our touchpoints. We will also ensure seamless connectivity with the dealers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts,” adds Williams.
