Rubble Master RM80 at Demo at Worli Sea Face, Mumbai
Rubble Master HMH GmbH, a technology driven Austrian design house, will showcase their Rubble Master compact crushers at BAUMA China.

Introduced in 1993, the principle of Rubble Master Compact Crushers - easy to operate, simple to transport, versatile and with low noise and dust emissions - have enabled construction companies and contractors to process small to medium quantities of materials themselves, wherever and whenever they want, cost effectively. Rubble Master Compact Crushers find use worldwide, in a variety of environments ranging from cramped inner-city job sites to mountainous terrain.

The RM Compact Crusher can be unloaded and ready for action in 10 minutes using the remote control and is self-powered around the job site. No special transport permits are required thanks to convenient low loader compatibility.

The design of the Rubble Master compact crusher incorporates the latest technologies to provide ease of use and reliability. All crushing and movement of the mobile crusher is controlled through the remote control. In normal operation, the excavator driver is expected to have the remote control in his cab and to control the Rubble Master mobile crusher from his cab, without ever needing to get out.

Ownership of a RM crusher gives an owner the flexibility and mobility to take on a wide variety of jobs

Today, in India and Nepal, there are 25 Rubble Master compact crushers and screens in a variety of applications, crushing basalt, river gravel, iron ore, limestone and C&D Waste. Rubble Master compact crushers are in use in Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, Sikkim and Nepal functioning at sea level, in urban areas and high in the Himalayas at altitudes of 14,000 feet.

Mobility and flexibility to handle different types of material make it possible to carry out several smaller job orders cost-effectively. RM Compact Crushers produce uniform cubic shape resulting in higher returns because the product is of high quality. Crushing hammers of different metallurgies are available that allow a wide range of material to be processed.

The user interface is clear and self-explanatory, so that anyone will feel confident handling it from the outset. Clearly described maintenance cycles at defined points make life easier for the operator and ensure optimum machine service. All key components are arranged centrally and owing to the Rubble Master Ground Based Service concept, are accessible from the ground.

Rubble Master crushers are designed for reduced emissions and use the RM diesel-electric transmission concept and low-consumption tier-approved engines. In addition the RM ENVIRO package features integrated soundproofing and efficient dust suppression systems at critical points on the machine.
