With an application range from manufactured sand to river-bed material to limestone to iron ore to bauxite, the OreMax® multi-product wash plant can practically take in any material and wash using its ground-breaking dual pass technology. In regions such as the Nangal crushing zone in Rajasthan and neighbouring crushing zones in Delhi (NCR), silt content in crushed sand is found to be significantly high. Only OreMax®, with its dual pass sand washing technology, can remove as high as 36% silt content, making it an ideal material washing solution for such crushing zones.
The latest OreMax® designed, developed and introduced by CDE in 2015, has re-invented the multi-product washing market. It comes in 6 model variants that ensure simultaneous stockpiling of 2, 3 or 4 different products based on user needs and market demand for specific materials. OreMax® does all this, with an impressive capacity range from 100-250 tons per hour. The flexibility to choose from different capacities and output product combinations has helped us cater to different needs of stone crushing and RMC companies. With use of clean power and recycling of 90% water, it is one of the most environment-friendly material washing solutions globally. An inbuilt efficient water recycling system ensures minimization of water consumption albeit the tough material washing. OreMax®, like all of our other equipment, is designed for quick, easy and safe maintenance access.
The OreMax® plant circuit includes – feeding system; single or double deck ProGrade® wet sizing screen with high pressure jets for rinsing and separating aggregates; dual pass technology based sand wash plant with a combination of a sump, pump, dewatering screen and two hydrocyclones for two stage sand cleaning process to remove the high percentage of unwanted ultrafine particles (mainly clay) from sand; two, three or four (based on the model) stockpile conveyors for final product delivery; and AquaCycle® high rate thickener for water recycling.
