Bhajjanka Ispat Pvt Ltd. produces a wide range of advanced polyurethane products that are available as industry standard as well as custom designed by the company’s technical and processing experts, using modern technology. All products are designed and developed to meet international quality standards, and are much sought after for their efficiency, accurate dimensions, resistance to corrosion, and long life. Properties include abrasion resistance, high load bearing capacity, mechanical and tear strength, low temperature performance, water and oil resistance, and high tensile strength. All products undergo regular checks as per the company’s stringent quality control parameters.

Says managing director Vikash Singhal, “We are constantly looking to innovate and improve the quality and standards of our product line and their manufacturing processes. We work very closely with our clients and vendors to understand their requirements and develop products accordingly. It could be designing new product molds or making improvements in the existing products to meet specific requirements of the users. For instance, our Dewatering Screen has a special modular design, which makes it easy to fit and remove. Its design reduces shear stress on the edges, and has successfully removed any blow holes from appearing in the wide aperture surface of the screen.”

The company uses imported raw materials from world renowned sources in the production of its various screen panels that include flip flop panels, dewatering panels, screening panels, anti-clogging panels, zig zag panels, bucket panels, inclined aperture panels, tear drop design panels, and customized panels.

Amongst its most popular products is the Hydrocyclones, commonly referred to as cyclones, and its spare parts. As an important part of the sand washing plant, they help in washing and cleaning of impurities such as clay, salt, and other waste particles to produce good quality, ready-to-use sand. They are used in both primary and secondary grinding circuits, as well as in re-grind circuits.

Established in 2004, Bhajjanka Ispat has a strong focus on R&D for developing innovative and high value products that meet the changing requirements of the construction industry.
