Founded in 1993 and located in Vadodara, Gujarat, the company since its inception has manufact- ured and supplied over 1,000 machines for crushing and screening of various materials and its products include jaw crusher, roller crusher, impactor, reciproca- tory feeder, vibrating screen, electro-magnetic vibro feeder, unbalanced vibro feeders, vibrating grizzly, hammer mill and all types of conveyors. The company supplies crushing, screening and conveying systems up to 300 TPH for coal, stone ore and limestone industry.
Double Roll CrusherFields of Application: Double Roll Crushers are used for primary and secondary crushing of soft and medium-hard as well as sticky and wet materials. They are particularly used for primary crushing in open pit mining (ROM) as well as further crushing (2nd+3rd crushing stage).
Feed Materials: Lignite, coal, soft to medium-hard rock, different types of ore, chalk, gypsum, limestone, marl, clay, bauxite, different type of phosphates, oil sand, overburden and similar raw materials.
Mode of Operation: The feed material can be crushed either by counter-rotating rolls of the Center-Sizer (Type 2326) running inward in the flow direction of the material or between a crushing plate/comb and the outward rotating rolls of the Side-Sizer (Type 2327).
Special FeaturesHousing: Simple, very compact, sturdy design; the bearings of the crushing rolls are arranged in the front parts of the housing; and the housing is fixed on a steel frame or concrete foundation.
Crushing Rolls: Consisting of the shaft complemented with crushing rings / crushing segments and the bearings.
The staggered and helical arrangement of the crushing elements allows continuous material feed as well as batch processing. The material is eventually distributed over the whole width of the roll and is crushed to the appropriate size.
Drive: It will consist of mechanical coupling (gear coupling), gear, starter coupling and motor; Auto-reverse operation; and Drive unit consisting of standard components. As for drive arrangement, it can be arranged on both side diagonally or one side parallely.
